All the facilities were great. They offer 2 computers with free internet access. The baths are very confortable and clean. The location was ok: 10-15 minutes to train station.
They didn't lend a plug-adaptor.

The hotel was ideal and fairly clean with cooperative and efficient staff members. Savoury and rich breakfast for all tastes with local specialties, and good western coffee. Exceptionally nice location, a few steps away from everywhere. Again, walking distance to Central Park.

This hotel boasts a fantastic location, situated right in the heart of the city center. With its proximity to the central park, shopping arcades, and a variety of restaurants, guests are spoiled for choice when it comes to exploring the local area.
Despite the hotel's many positive aspects, there is room for improvement in terms of service. While the staff are helpful, there were a few instances where attention to detail could have been better.

It had clean, comfortable modern rooms.
Its location was quite central in terms of the city, but quite a way from the JR railway station. This was a bit of a hassle until we discovered a little shuttle bus which did laps of the city every 30 minutes or so.

We were kinda surprised by the spaciousness of the double room, much bigger than we expected for Japanese standards. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the free WiFi. The highlight of our stay was the lovely hot Japanese bath with an outdoor bath and sauna on the top floor. It was relaxing after a long day of exploring. We also appreciated the convenience of the hotel's location, with restaurants, a convenience store, and karaoke nearby. the breakfast, for a small additional charge, was definitely worth it. we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

Very convenient location, close to train station as well as limousine bus from the airport. Good shopping in the nearby arcades, including an excellent baker. Very helpful advice about restaurant recommendations in the neighbourhood.

Great hotel - lovely, modern rooms with a good amount of space for a Japanese hotel. Very clean facilities. Has good, cheap laundry facilities - no English instructions but it's not too hard to figure out! The onsen (public baths) on the roof is really nice - small pool compared to some we'd encountererd, but really lovely surroundings and a nice pool to use. They split women and men and give the women a door code for privacy which is a nice touch.

I have stayed at Dormy Inn Matsumoto and really liked the hotel. That is the reason I wanted to stay at their Takamatsu location. The hotel has all the comforts a traveller needs especially having an ofuro and rotenburo at the top floor. It makes the stay doubly good. Their breakfast is also very good with the local specialties included in the choices. Room size is good, decor excellent and the bathroom is a real bathroom. For all of these at a reasonable price.
Not much except that the woman serving the breakfast was not up to par with the rest of the service team
